BI 450 - Bioinformatics I: Genomics An in-depth analysis of genome structure and analysis will be presented. DNA/protein sequence analysis software will be used extensively to model and predict molecular genetic structure-function relationships in both microbial and eukaryotic systems. Sequence database searching and web-based bioinformatic tools will be used to understand problems in genomics.
