PP 463 - Medication Safety: Reducing Patient Risk

The course will address principles and practices of medication safety, the roles of pharmacists in identification of and responding to adverse drug events, medication error prevention strategies, and creating a systems approach to reducing risk associated with use of medications. Emphasis will be placed on the application of measures to prevent medication errors.
