MC 702 - Finance and Regulation Cannabis Industry

This course will profide a basic understanding of the regulations and financing framework currently shaping the cannabis industry. Topics include federal and state laws affecting the growing, processing and sale of cannabis with a focus on taxation, banking, and financing methods such as venture capital, relevant to operating a cannabis business.
